Union job with no pension. Management for co is a joke. Senior drivers '1year plus' yes there is a very high turnover rate. It's a night job. So start at 5pm get off when ever, '7am or worse'. Then there is the clerks that will wreck your night every time. Not to mention the robberys on a nightly basis. Nearly every night was do my job, and ended up cleaning up all the emptys from last 2 guys. this was do to them leaving them. Be ready to come to work at 5pm after getting off work at 1pm. Due to the previous nights sandwiche truck being late on delivery, happened alot. My manager once complained about how she can not get the drivers to work more then 70hrs. Then there is the mandate, You have to come to work on your day off. When u come in on a mandate you will work, because some 1 else will look at there load and say nope I'm not doing it. They will be ever so nice and fill out paperwork for ya. You have to do a count of trays and when you see 1000+ your day is wrecked. I was told that each stop ran about 15 minutes, this is a lie. The stops cover suck a large area that you can loose 30 minutes between. If you need a job asap go ahead. If you want to loose some pounds go ahead.
