Conservatively, I probably read upwards of 20 hours each week, both ebooks and downloaded news articles and the like. I previously purchased the Sony. Dec 29, 2009 Can't Download Reader Library software. Automatic download of library software from setup program included with prs-300 cant connect to server to download software. Subsequent manual download is running at 1.22.8KB/S on a 2MB broadband connection shared with 3 other people. Device: Sony PRS-300.
Before you update
Important notes:
- This application will not uninstall nor does it require the uninstallation of Reader Library, though it is recommended that the user uninstall that application
- Upon installation and launch the User will be prompted to “migrate” their existing Reader Library contents and database into the new Reader application
- During the installation of this file, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights
- To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs
- If a previous version of Reader for PC has already been installed to your computer, launch Reader for PC, connect the PC to the internet and select the Help - Check for updates menu and then update Reader for PC to version 2.4.01.10241
